Job Description
Mia Cameron is looking for a creative and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies aimed at strengthening our brand presence, increasing customer engagement, and driving sales. You’ll collaborate closely with both design and sales teams to create campaigns that are visually impactful and aligned with our brand voice.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement original marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Manage our social media channels and create engaging, on-brand content.
Research market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with agencies and partners on PR and outreach efforts.
Coordinate product launches and plan photoshoots with creative direction.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Organize and oversee promotional events and pop-up shops.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Creative mindset with sharp attention to detail.
Proficient with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
